DELIVERY
All deliveries will be dispatched with in 48 working hours, stock permitting (excludes weekends , if ordered Saturday it could be sent out Monday or Tuesday)
Once dispatched, orders take 24 hours with our premium delivery service (providing the logistics teams are fully staffed not under staffed due to being pinged & self isolating)
Orders to Northern Ireland will require an eori number before your order can be shipped & will usually take longer than the 24 hour time period. (Can take up to 7 working days to clear customs etc.)
RETURNS
Returns are not accepted – if any item is damaged upon delivery an investigation will take place to source the cause of damage. Once this has taken place, further steps will be taken (eg. Refund of postage charge due to delivery firms fault or if it happened on the manufacturing line). If item is not required once arrived – a credit note to be used on other items will be issued
